Water-sport
Do you want to learn something new? Why not try water skiing?
For the last twenty years a school of water sports has been located on the beach that connects Garda to Bardolino, just 1500 meters from the hotel which offers lessons for both beginners and experts. All instructors are CONI qualified.
Wakeboard, parasailing, banana boat and tube, plus SUP’s – you are spoiled for choice!
SUP’s are Stand up paddles: how to enjoy sport and the beauty of Garda at the same time from another perspective, i.e. from the water, paddling slowly in the beautiful bay that reaches Punta San Vigilio. Motorboat rental
In the port of Garda, about 800 meters from the hotel, there is a motorboat rental. The vehicles do not require possession of a nautical license by the renter. An amazing idea to experience the lake in absolute freedom by discovering beaches and bays that can only be reached by water.
Golf
It is only 3 kilometers from the Hotel to the Cà degli Ulivi Golf Club located in Marciaga. Its breathtaking view of the gulf of Garda will make the game even more enjoyable!
Trekking
Through all the hills and mountains that surround Garda it is possible to follow itineraries designed to immerse yourself totally in the nature and history of the area. The Rocca and the Eremo dei Camaldolesi dominate the town from their highest points offering a breathtaking panorama. Monte Luppia, which you visit starting from Punta San Vigilio, allows you to reach the neighboring town of Torri del Benaco, and on the way offering beautiful views of the lake . The Mountain is also renowned for it’s rock carvings found there (dating back to the first millennium BC).
The Valley of the Mills that connects Garda to Costermano also offers remarkable landscape views, characterized by woods, streams and old mills which make this trek ideal for those who love photography.

Climbing
Climbing, what a passion !!! Lake Garda is the ideal place to practice your skills as it has now been officially recognized by the European Union as a suitable environment. The cliffs, as well as the via ferrata provide a wide variation of skills and suitable for both beginners and experts. The imposing Monte Baldo that overlooks the entire lake area, offers scenarios of unparalleled beauty.

For all tennis lovers it is possible via our reception, to book courts at the Tennis Garda hotel, just 1.5 kilometers from the Alessandra. Professional lessons are also available from instructors known personally by the owner of the Alessandra, which can be arranged to be taken in Garda or Costermano on a day and time to suit our guests.

In the sports area of Garda, just 1.5 km from the Hotel, there is Gardacqua, a real temple of well-being: a modern structure of 10,000 square meters consisting of an indoor swimming pool (25 Mt long), outdoor swimming pools (also for children), beauty centre and a sensational sauna area.
